Jonathan is a principal at Lantern Partners, focused on recruiting senior executives for professional services, technology and technology-enabled services companies. Jonathan is responsible for recruitment execution, client management and project delivery.
Prior to joining Lantern Partners, Jonathan was a consultant in the Life Sciences and Healthcare practice at Deloitte. While in this role, Jonathan focused on cost reduction strategies and performance improvement projects in hospitals and health systems across the country.
Earlier in his career, Jonathan worked for a technology implementation and project management firm helping to introduce solutions for large integrated health systems, academic medical centers and managed care organizations.
He holds a BS in Economics and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from George Washington University.
